All activities will be initiated and organized by
SP with mandatory attendance of SR.
The Student Committee shall meet at least once a
month/thrice in a term.
Each meeting shall be recorded, and minutes of
meeting will be shared with the Team.
SCM will actively participate in Academic as well
as non-academic activities, both.
SCM shall help execute events for the DCT
community whether it is by planning, promoting, or hosting.
SCM shall act as a student voice to highlight
areas for improvement and proactively solve issues raised.
SCM shall maintain the sanctity of their post and
will act without prejudice to one or any. They will report any matter to
the Superior on the concept of Materiality.
The SP shall send regular committee reports to
the Student Engagement Officer (member of the academic team) duly agreed
and signed by the members.
